5 Exercises for Women to Do at Home

1. Bridge

Along with your abdomen, the hip will also go up and then slowly you need to bring it down. You need to use the core strength of your body for this exercise.

2. Lunges

This exercise primarily focuses on increasing the core strength of your body along with the muscles present in your abdomen. This exercise will help you to keep your body in shape and increase your strength as well. It will provide immense stability to your body as well as it is one of the main exercises for women to keep their body fit.

3. Squats

This is an exercise to increase the strength of your thigh muscles as well as it will also burn lots of calories. It will help you shred the fat from the lower portion of your body and make your legs stronger.

4. Plank

It is one of the most important exercises which will help you to increase the strength of the core of your body. Plank helps to put your belly in shape as well as it helps you to make your muscles of abdomen stronger. It also includes the gluts of your body as well as it is a good calorie-burning exercise. If you can repeat this exercise 10 times a day for 30 seconds each, it will give you visible results in a few days.

5. Skipping

If you are interested in losing weight and shred some extra pounds from your body, you need to use the skipping rope for sure. This involves the muscles of your upper as well as lower body. It will help you to burn the fats deposited in your belly as well as your hip and thighs. Skipping is a very good exercise to make the legs stronger and shape them fine. First, you need to initiate the exercise with 500 per day and then you can increase it up to 3000 jumps per day which will take nearly an hour if the gap between each set will be higher.
